He helped me long distance, so he did most of the legwork for me. He was honest, professional, and more importantly, personable. I happened to buy a home that has all these weird restrictions and caveats, which created so much more work for Michael than a normal sale, but he rode through like a champ. He did his homework. He made sure we weren't wasting anyone's time. He attended my inspection, because I couldn't - all 3 hours with the dog next door barking incessantly the entire time - poor Michael! He also performed my final walkthrough for me, after repairs, sending me videos of what was fixed to be sure it met my standards. He did the driving that day we looked at about 10 places. He let me know when he was going somewhere with no reception for the weekend. He even hooked me up with the Long Realty broker for Homeowner's Insurance, that beat USAA on pricing/coverage! I'd honestly say, the only thing he didn't do for me was purchase the house (darnit, Michael! :) )! I hope to never need a realtor again, but that's not the first, or even second or third time I've said that in my life, so that being said, Michael is my man if I do ever need one. I recommend him higher than highly!

I have to say that Mike was the most diligent agent I have ever worked with. This sale ended up being a little complicated for several reasons (multifamily unit with tenants, FHA loan, challenging buyer's agent). Mike handled all the issues that arose with confidence and tenacity and the deal successfully closed. I would definitely use him again on a future purchase or sale.
